Important Information

Please note that our rates are not charged per unit, and children’s rates are automatically calculated as a percentage of the adult rate.

• Minimum Stay:

  • 2 nights on weekends (standard rates apply)

  • 3 nights during long weekends and public holidays

We kindly ask all guests to be considerate with noise levels to preserve the peace and tranquility of the bushveld and to respect fellow guests and wildlife.
No music is permitted.

Although our chalets are spaced at least 50 meters apart, the stillness of the bushveld at night carries sound easily. Please help us maintain the serene atmosphere that makes Adama so special.

Group Bookings

We gladly accommodate group bookings for families or friends occupying multiple chalets, subject to availability and the owner’s discretion.

Guests are encouraged to:

• Walk along the designated pathways

• Meditate in the peaceful bushveld

• Enjoy family picnics at the farm-style swimming dam

• Bring your walking shoes and bicycles to explore the area

Since Adama is now fenced out from the Dinokeng Big 5 Game Reserve, guests may safely walk or cycle on the property and between chalets booked within the same group.
Please remember to respect other guests’ privacy by not visiting chalets that are not part of your booking.

Always remain on marked paths, as you are still in the bushveld — be cautious of snakes and scorpions when walking around.

Terms & Conditions Disclaimer

Adama Chalets & Teepees will not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from guest negligence, failure to follow policies, or events beyond our control.

Guests are responsible for adhering to all safety guidelines, house rules, and instructions provided during their stay.

Damage to Property & Guest Liability

All guests and day visitors at Adama Chalets & Teepees are expected to treat the property and its contents with care.

Any damage, breakage, loss, or excessive soiling of property, furniture, bedding, or facilities will be charged to the main booking guest. This includes damage caused by any day visitors or additional guests linked to the booking.

The main booking guest remains fully liable for all damages, irrespective of whether the incident is reported or whether contact is made with Adama management before or after checkout.

All assessed damage costs must be reimbursed to Adama Chalets within the timeframe communicated following inspection.

By making a payment or deposit for accommodation at Adama Chalets & Teepees, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all policies and procedures as outlined on our official platforms.

Your payment or deposit serves as confirmation of your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
